During the audit we study business processes that eTOM and TMF has marked as major sources of loss: Fulfillment and Billing.
Data in process area are the most problematic for all operators. Our task is to form repository of operator’s processes and map them on eTOM map.
According to eTOM and TMF recommendations, we pay special attention to interaction of business process elements during transition between horizontal eTOM levels, as well as to interaction between groups of processes – Fulfillment and Billing.
We follow both Data analysis approach and Business Process approach to identify all the problems, Data analysis permits us to find and calculate leakages, when business process analysis let us pinpoint root causes of losses, foresee potential points of leakages. |
